Description: Adult Day Care, lunch provided, recreational activities and socialization. Provides respite for caregivers of Alzheimer’s and other related dementia clients through a contract with OASIS Alzheimer’s Day Care Resource Center.

Eligibility:

• Adult Day Program/Alzheimer’s Day Care Resource Center – 60 years or older, dependent adult
• PALS (People Always Learn Something): Older Adults who would benefit from early stage (dementia, mild cognitive impairment) program 
• Resource Center, Support Groups and Education.  All ages are welcome 

Fee:  Main Program is from 9:00 am - 3:00pm (6 hours) suggested share of cost $54.00; additional hours are available for a fee.  There may be scholarships and subsidies to eligible applicants to help offset the cost of care.  Resource Center, support groups and lending library are free

Transportation: Will assist with transportation referrals to Fresno Handy Ride and Clovis Round-Up

Eligibility: Individuals diagnosed with beginning Alzheimer’s or related dementia

Fee: $50.00 for half day; $75.00 for full day; $11.00 per hour for extended hours, or $185.00 per night

Application Procedure: Completion of a pre-admission packet, a doctor’s report, and TB test

Transportation: Will assist with transportation arrangements, no direct service provided

Description: Structured programs and activities, supervision by trained staff; special diets available; nurse availability, assistance with administration of medications.  Lunch and snacks provided. Overnight and weekend respite available for $185.00 per night. A secured facility.
