Information and Assistance

When you call the Agency on Aging, you are connected with an experienced program coordinator. We'll listen to your needs and provide you with information you can use. Call us at 559 600-4405, or toll-free at 800 510-2020.


The Agency on Aging welcomes opportunities to meet older adults in their home communities. Look for our InfoVan at health fairs and local events. View our calendar to see our schedule.

Adult Day Care

When an older adult cannot be left home alone, Adult Day Care offers a safe alternative. The Agency on Aging offers Adult Day Care through two service providers:

Legal Assistance

Older adults who need help with landlord/tenant issues, grandparent rights, wills, and many other legal issues obtain assistance through our service provider, Central California Legal Services.


The ability to travel to a senior or community center for lunch, shop for groceries, visit a doctor, or conduct errands greatly contributes to independence and successful aging. The Agency on Aging maintains two contracts for Transportation.

Free passes for public transit

Free transportation to three Congregate Nutrition meal sites in Fresno:

 - Mary Ella Brown Community Center

 - Mosqueda Community Center

 - Ted C. Wills Community Center

Case Management
