CASE MANAGER

The Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging is seeking a full-time case manager for our MSSP Case Management Program. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, rehabilitation, gerontology, sociology, or related field, and one year of experience working with older adults; or a bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields, and two years of experience working with older adults.
