Information & Assistance - Provides information and assistance to older adults, family members, and agencies regarding the wide array of needed resources in Fresno and Madera counties. Provides training and technical assistance to senior center staff. [FMAAA Resource Directory]

Case Management - Enables older persons with functional impairments to obtain services which promote and maintain an optimum level of functioning in the least restrictive setting.

Adult Day Care - Provides socialization and activities for older adults who ar frail, and respite for their caregivers. This enables the older individual to remain in the community rather than being placed in a long-term care facility.

Transportation - Escort transportation from home to appointments is provided in the city of Madera; meal site transportation is provided throughout Fresno County and the city of Fresno.

Legal Assistance - Free assistance is provided for civil matters, including tenant/landlord problems; Social Security/SSI; disability; food stamps; general relief; Medi-Cal; unemployment insurance benefits; health care issues; immigration; senior citizens problems; education/youth; labor; homeless issues; and temporary restraining orders if there is physical abuse.

Ombudsman Services - Trained and certified volunteer Ombudsmen monitor Residential Care Facilities and Skilled Nursing Facilities, and investigate and resolve complaints.

Outreach - Provides information and encouragement about existing services and benefits for older adults in Fresno and Madera counties.
