The Family Caregiver Support Program provides individuals who care for a family member or friend with practical tools to alleviate stress and avoid burnout, networking opportunities to decrease isolation and share concerns, and stop-gap measures to stabilize the provision of care during times of extreme difficulty. An array of services are offered under the categories of information, access, support, respite care, and supplemental services.
