Home-Delivered Meals

The Home-Delivered Meals program provides nutrition risk screening, nutrition education and nutritious meals for persons 60 years of age or older who are homebound because of illness, incapacity, disability, and lack of family support. Please call us at 559-214-0299 or 800-510-2020 to find out if you or your loved-one qualifies. If qualified, you will be added to our list.
