The Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging’s Governing Board of Directors consists of fifteen members, five appointed and residing within their Joint Powers of Agreement entity (Fresno County, City of Fresno, or Madera County).
Board members have expertise in public service, business, health care, social services, law enforcement, and non-profit management. The Governing Board reviews and approves the Agency on Aging’s area plans, budgets, service provider contracts, and policies, and oversees the Agency on Aging’s Executive Director position.
