Information & Assistance

As we get older, many of us find we could use a little help.

The spectrum of services offered through the Agency on Aging and community partners helps older adults and family caregivers to successfully manage day-to-day challenges.

For assistance with navigating programs and services offered throughout Fresno and Madera counties for older adults and family caregivers, call our Information and Assistance line:

559-214-0299 or 800-510-2020

When you call, an experienced program coordinator will listen to your needs and provide you with referrals to organizations and programs that best match your needs. There’s never a charge for our services, and all calls are kept confidential.

As we age, our individual needs change too.

The Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging provides a plethora of support services both directly and indirectly through a warm referral system of community service providers and case management.

We believe in a holistic approach and meeting our aging and disabled adults, and their caregivers, where they are in their individual aging journey.
