Local Classes

The Fresno-Madera Area Agency on Aging provides funding to the Valley Caregiver Resource Center to provide a Health Promotion Evidence-Based six-week program called Powerful Tools for Caregivers. If you are an older adult providing care for another individual, you can learn how to better meet your own needs, reduce stress, understand emotions, improve communication, and make effective caregiving decisions.
